These terms apply when you use buy-instagram-followers.com or place an order with us. The site is operated by BuyIGFollowers ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at support@buy-instagram-followers.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them before you buy.
We sell promotional Instagram follower and like packages. Followers are delivered to an Instagram profile and likes to a single Instagram post. Orders are fulfilled by third-party delivery providers that we work with. Each package is a one-off purchase; there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
A package increases the number of followers or likes shown on your account or post. It does not guarantee comments, engagement, sales, reach or any other result.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.
BuyIGFollowers is independent. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by or endorsed by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of its owner, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

If an order can't be delivered because one of these wasn't followed, we will try to help, but we may not be able to refund the part already delivered.
Delivery usually starts within minutes of payment. Larger orders are paced over a few hours to a couple of days so growth is gradual. Any timings we give, on the site or by email, are estimates and not guarantees. Busy periods, issues with a delivery provider or changes made by Instagram can slow things down.
We never ask for your Instagram password and you should never give it to anyone claiming to be us.
If the number of followers or likes delivered by your order drops within 30 days of delivery being completed, we will top it back up free of charge. To claim, email us with your order reference. Refills cover the order quantity you paid for; they don't cover drops caused by your account becoming private, a username change, the post being removed or your account being restricted.
How refunds work, including when you can cancel and how long refunds take, is set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

By ordering, you accept these risks. Using third-party growth services may not be in line with Instagram's own terms, and it is your choice whether to go ahead.
You must not use our service:
We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules. If we cancel before delivery starts, we will refund you in full.
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP). In some regions we also show an approximate price in your local currency for convenience; that figure is a conversion for display only, and the amount charged is confirmed on the checkout page. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Payments are processed by our payment partners on a secure hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has gone through.
We may change our prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order you have already paid for.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities or damage to reputation, or for actions Instagram takes in relation to your account.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the service or the law. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. We would always rather sort out a problem directly, so please email us first.
