Why 10K is the number people aim for

There's nothing magic about 10,000 on Instagram's side. The difference is how people read it. 8,700 followers is a number; 10K is a milestone. It's the point where a profile stops looking like someone getting started and starts looking like someone with an audience.

That first impression matters most to the people who decide things about you quickly:

  • Brands skimming a list of possible creators before they look closer at anyone.
  • Venues and promoters checking whether an artist or DJ is likely to bring a crowd.
  • Collaborators deciding whether a joint post is worth their time.
  • Customers landing on a shop's page for the first time and wondering if it's established.

You may have heard that 10K unlocks particular features. Instagram has changed what it ties to follower counts several times, so we won't promise any specific feature. What reliably changes is perception.

The lowest price per follower we offer

10,000 is our biggest package and the cheapest per follower.

PackagePricePer 1,000 followers
1,000 followers£13.99£13.99
2,500 followers£22.99£9.20
5,000 followers£34.99£7.00
10,000 followers£59.99£6.00

Ten separate 1,000 packages would come to £139.90. One 10,000 package is £59.99, less than half. It's a single payment with no subscription, and the full breakdown of how pricing works across the market is in our guide to what Instagram followers cost.

How 10,000 followers are delivered

Your order starts within minutes of payment and usually finishes within a couple of days. We pace it deliberately: an account gaining 10,000 followers in an hour is the sort of spike that looks wrong to anyone watching, Instagram included.

Two things to keep in mind while it runs. Your account needs to stay public, and you shouldn't change your username, because the delivery is tied to it. If busy periods slow things down, we'll tell you.

What brands look at beyond the follower count

Here's the honest part. A follower package raises your count. It doesn't add likes, comments or views, and anyone serious about paying you will look at those too.

A brand weighing up a sponsored post will usually scroll your recent posts and compare the likes and comments with your follower count. Many ask for screenshots of your Insights, which show reach and views that a follower package can't change. A profile with 10,000 followers and 20 likes per post raises more questions than one with 4,000 followers and 300 likes.

So treat 10K as the thing that gets you past the first glance, then make sure the rest of the profile holds up:

  • Keep posting at your usual rhythm, ideally a little more during and after delivery.
  • Add a likes package to the posts you'd send a brand to, like your pinned posts and best reels.
  • Check where you stand with the engagement rate calculator before you pitch anyone.

Close the gap to five figures in a couple of days.

Get 10K followers

Once you've hit 10K

Reaching the milestone is the easy part. Making it count takes a bit more care.

  • Pitch on your content, not just the number. When you approach a brand or a venue, lead with your best posts and what you can do for them. Don't present the follower count as proof of an audience that buys or turns up, because a package doesn't change that.
  • Check your count a week or two after delivery. Instagram clears out accounts it judges inauthentic from time to time, and on a big order even a small dip shows. If it falls within the refill window, email us and we'll top it up.
  • Keep the momentum going. A profile that sits at 10,000 for months with no new posts loses the effect quickly. Regular reels and replies to comments are what make the bigger number believable.

Who shouldn't buy 10K

We'd rather you bought the right package than the biggest one. 10,000 is the wrong choice if:

  • Your account is small. Going from 400 followers to 10,400 looks exactly like what it is. As a rough guide, 10K suits accounts that already have a few thousand followers. Below that, 1,000 or 5,000 is a better step.
  • Your grid is thin. Ten thousand followers above six posts doesn't add up. Build the content first.
  • You need sales next week. A bigger count makes your page more convincing, but it doesn't send buyers to it.

And as with any package, there's some risk. Instagram's terms discourage artificial growth and it regularly removes accounts it judges inauthentic, so you may lose some followers along the way. That's covered by the 30-day refill. Losing your account isn't the realistic risk, but no one can promise any growth service is completely risk-free. Questions, answered

About the 10K package

How much do 10k Instagram followers cost?
10,000 followers cost £59.99 as a single one-off payment, which works out at £6.00 per 1,000. There's no subscription and nothing to renew. If you're outside the UK, the site shows the equivalent in your currency.
How long does it take to get 10,000 followers?
Delivery starts within minutes of payment and usually finishes within a couple of days. We spread it out on purpose so your count rises steadily instead of jumping overnight. Keep your account public and your username unchanged until it's done.
Will brands notice I bought followers?
Instagram doesn't show anyone where your followers came from. But brands that pay for posts usually look past the follower count to likes, comments, reel views and sometimes screenshots of your Insights. A follower package doesn't change those, so keep posting and consider likes on your key posts so the profile holds up to a closer look.
Should I split 10K into smaller orders instead?
If your account is small, yes. Two or three smaller orders spaced a few weeks apart, alongside regular posting, look more natural than one big jump. You'll pay a little more per follower that way, because 10,000 in one go is our cheapest rate, so it's a trade between price and how gradual you want the growth to look.
Does the refill cover a 10K order?
Yes. The 30-day refill applies to every package, including 10,000. If your count drops within 30 days of the delivery finishing, email support@buy-instagram-followers.com with your order reference and we top it back up for free. Going private or changing your username during that time isn't covered.
