We never ask for your Instagram password.
When you check out, you are taken to a secure checkout hosted by our payment partner. Our payment partner is Whop. Your email address and payment details are entered there and collected by them, not by us. Your card details never reach us. Our payment partner tells us whether a payment succeeded so we can start your order, and handles its own information under its own privacy policy.
For each order we keep a record of the order ID, the packages, the username or post link and the order status. We keep these records for up to 90 days, then delete them.
If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to deal with your request and keep it for as long as we need to for that.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic browser details when you visit, to deliver pages, keep the site secure and protect it from abuse.
Under UK data protection law, we rely on two legal bases: using your information is necessary to carry out the contract you enter into when you order, and we have a legitimate interest in running a secure, working site and handling support.

Our service is only for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has placed an order, contact us and we will delete their information.
