How much do Instagram followers cost?

A straight UK price guide: what 100 to 10,000 followers and likes cost in pounds, what that works out at per 1,000, and what the money does and doesn't buy.

The short answer

If you're wondering how much it costs to buy 1,000 followers on Instagram in the UK, our price is £13.99, paid once. Ten thousand followers cost £59.99, and the smallest package, 100 followers, is £3.99. That's the full price at checkout. There's no subscription, no account to set up and nothing that renews next month.

Search for this question and you'll get a strange mix: seller pages that hide prices until the last step, articles about what influencers charge brands, and news stories from years ago. Very few give a plain table in pounds. So here's ours.

Instagram follower prices in the UK

Followers are delivered to a public profile. All we need is the username. We never ask for a password.

PackagePriceCost per 1,000
100 followers£3.99£39.90
250 followers£5.99£23.96
500 followers£9.99£19.98
1,000 followers£13.99£13.99
2,500 followers£22.99£9.20
5,000 followers£34.99£7.00
10,000 followers£59.99£6.00

The last column is the one to look at when you compare packages. It's the price divided by the number of followers, scaled to 1,000. On the 100 package you're effectively paying £39.90 per thousand. On the 10,000 package it drops to £6.00.

Instagram like prices in the UK

Likes go to one public post or reel, so instead of a username you paste a link to the post. If you want likes on three posts, add three packages. They can all go in the same order.

PackagePriceCost per 1,000
100 likes£2.49£24.90
250 likes£3.99£15.96
500 likes£5.99£11.98
1,000 likes£7.99£7.99
2,500 likes£12.99£5.20
5,000 likes£19.99£4.00
10,000 likes£34.99£3.50

Followers or likes: where does the money go further?

They do different jobs, so it depends on what's bothering you. If people land on your profile and the follower count makes it look new or empty, followers are the fix. A few hundred can change the first impression. If the profile looks fine but your latest post is sitting on a handful of likes, a likes package on that one post costs less and targets the thing visitors actually see. On a tight budget, a 500 follower package (£9.99) plus 250 likes on your best post (£3.99) comes to £13.98, about the same as 1,000 followers on their own.

Why the price per follower falls as packages grow

A lot of what goes into an order costs the same whatever its size. Every order has to be checked, started, paced, watched until it finishes and covered by the refill for 30 days afterwards. Someone also has to be around to answer the email if a username was mistyped. Spread over 100 followers, that fixed part makes each one relatively expensive. Spread over 10,000, it barely shows.

That's why ten 1,000 packages would cost £139.90 while one 10,000 package is £59.99. If you already know the total you're after, one bigger package is the better deal.

Cheaper per follower doesn't make bigger the right choice, though. A profile with 60 followers that suddenly shows 10,000 looks odd to anyone who scrolls through it. Pick a number that suits where the account is now. For most small accounts, a few hundred to a thousand looks believable.

What affects the price of followers across the market

Prices vary a lot between sellers, and the headline number rarely tells the whole story. These are the things that usually explain the gap.

  • Delivery speed and pacing. Dropping thousands of followers on a profile in one go is the cheapest way to deliver, and also the least natural-looking. Pacing delivery over hours or days takes more work. Ours starts within minutes, and larger orders are spread out on purpose.
  • Refill guarantees. Instagram removes accounts it judges inauthentic from time to time, so some drop-off is normal. A seller that promises to top that up is taking on a real cost and will usually price it in. Ours lasts 30 days from the end of delivery.
  • Support. Having a person answer emails quickly, seven days a week, costs money. Sellers without anyone to contact can charge less.
  • Payment. A secure hosted checkout that takes card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, where the seller never sees your card details, is worth more than it might seem.

Why very cheap offers are a red flag

If one price sits well below everyone else's, it's fair to ask what's missing. Usually it's one of these:

  • No refill, so when followers drop you've simply lost what you paid for.
  • Everything delivered at once, which is easy to spot and more likely to be trimmed.
  • No support address, or one that never replies.
  • A request for your Instagram password. That's the biggest warning sign of all. Followers only ever need a username.

"Free followers" apps that want you to log in, or to follow lots of other accounts in return, belong on the same list. For more on what to watch out for, see our guide on whether it's safe to buy Instagram followers.

What you're not paying for

To be clear about what the money buys: a follower package raises the number on your profile. It doesn't come with likes, comments, reach or sales, and nobody honest can promise those. Instagram's terms discourage artificial growth, and it can remove followers it thinks are inauthentic. The realistic risk is losing some of them, which is what the refill is for.

One knock-on effect is worth knowing about. More followers with the same number of likes means a lower engagement rate. If you want a particular post to look busier, likes are a separate package. The 1,000 follower package and a likes package on your best post can go in the same order.

Not the same as what influencers earn per post

Some results for this search are really about a different question: how much influencers charge brands for a sponsored post. That's what an advertiser pays a creator to reach their audience. It depends on the niche, how engaged the audience is, where they live and how the deal is negotiated, and it varies too much to quote a sensible figure. It has nothing to do with the price of a follower package, and it isn't something we sell.

Before you pay

  • Set the account to public, and keep it that way until delivery finishes.
  • Check the username carefully, and don't change it while the order is running.
  • Keep your order reference (it starts with ord_) in case you need a refill.

Price questions

How much do 1,000 Instagram followers cost in the UK?
With us, 1,000 Instagram followers cost £13.99 as a one-off payment. Delivery usually starts within minutes of payment and a package that size typically finishes the same day. It also comes with a 30-day refill, so any drop in that window is topped up free.
How much do 10,000 Instagram followers cost?
Our 10,000 follower package is £59.99, which works out at £6.00 per 1,000, the lowest rate we offer. It starts within minutes and is paced over roughly a couple of days rather than landing all at once.
Why are some sites so much cheaper?
When a price is far below the rest of the market, something has usually been left out: no refill when followers drop, everything delivered in one burst, or nobody to contact if the order goes wrong. Some ask for your password, which you should never hand over. A low price for followers that vanish within weeks is not really a saving.
Are there hidden fees or subscriptions?
No. Every package is a one-off payment and the price shown is what you pay. There is no subscription, no account to create and nothing that renews. Prices are set in pounds; visitors outside the UK see them converted for display.
Is one big package cheaper than several small ones?
Yes. Ten 1,000 follower packages would cost £139.90, while a single 10,000 package is £59.99. The cost per follower falls as the package grows, so if you already know the total you want, one larger package is better value.
